COMMITTEE/TEAM
EQM Indexes LLC has assembled a team of financial and industry professionals with years of experience to serve on its Index Committee. The role of the Committee is to ensure the index is being managed according to its stated rules and guidelines. Furthermore, the Committee may periodically review the index’s methodology, vote on rule changes, vote on additions or deletions, and use their combined industry expertise to determine which stocks qualify to be considered as index candidates. The Committee formally meets before each quarterly rebalance/reconstitution date and communicates informally throughout the year as other issues arise.
The members of the EQM High Income Pass-Through Securities Index Committee are:
Jane Edmondson
Co-Founder of EQM Indexes LLC and Founder of EQM Capital LLC.
Ms. Edmondson is a former Quantitative Portfolio Manager with Allianz Global Investors and its predecessor firm Nicholas-Applegate. She started her career at Merrill Lynch and has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry. She holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and a BA from UC Irvine.
Dan Janowiak
Co-Founder of EQM Indexes LLC. Mr. Janowiak was previously a Senior Vice President of Business Development with LM Capital Group and worked for Allianz Global Investors where he focused on institutional sales, client service, and consultant relations. He has held senior sales and advisory roles for Private Asset Management, American Century Investments and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He received a BA degree in Marketing from Western Illinois University.
Carma Wallace, CFA
Ms. Wallace is a former Quantitative Portfolio Manager with Allianz Global Investors and its predecessor firm Nicholas-Applegate. She started her career as a Research Analyst at FinEcon. She holds an MS and BS in Economics from the University of California, Davis and is a CFA charterholder.
